These requirements help us place pets thoughtfully and keep our no-kill promise strong for every animal in our care.
- Be at least 25 years of age.
- Have a valid photo ID with your current address.
- Own your home.
- Provide a verifiable veterinary reference for past or current pets.
- Agree to a home visit.
- Understand the sanctuary return contract if life circumstances change.
Additional household consent from all adults is expected before a home visit is scheduled.
